PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely perform lapping work of a lapped surface with periphery surrounded by a wall body or the like. SOLUTION: This constitution is provided with a shaft body 2 rotatably mounted with a bearing 3 in a conveyable frame 1 to be rotated by an electric motor 4, lapping member 6 having a lapping surface 6b in a lower end, engaged with a spherical part 2a formed in the shaft body 2 in a position deviated from the shaft center and a pressing means 7 allowing the lapping member 6 to abut to a lapped member 50 with a prescribed surface pressure. |
