PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correct imprint inspection device capable of conducting a plural and parallel process and including the correction of printing failure irrespective of using a single nozzle head. SOLUTION: The nozzle shift type imprint inspection device has a pair of imprint inspection unit 6 moving to and fro along a guide rail and a printed matter holder plate 7 shifting intermittently or continuously that intersects at right angles with the guide rail. In this case, the imprint inspection unit 6 comprises a imprint unit 5 including an ink jet type nozzle head and an inspection unit 6 including an image pickup camera for inspection, and the printed matter holder plate 7 is displaced to position at the lower stream side B in the moving direction of the printed matter holder plate 7 with respect to the imprint unit 5, and can execute continuous inspection in an imprint state in synchronization with imprinting. Besides, respective single inspection units can be arranged in one row along printing lines at both the sides of a single imprint unit. |
