PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have an excellent light fastness by using jointly a specific binder and amino or ammonium salt as an additive. SOLUTION: The binder consists of a part or the entirety of an A component and has a coating layer in which a B component is contained therein as an additive. In this case, the A component is one or more selected from vinylacetate resin, (meth)acrylic copolymer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, and the B component is one or more selected from amine or ammonium salt. |
