PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To Improve the water resistance of images, characters, or the like, and decrease bleeding of ink by performing coating on plain paper or coating paper. SOLUTION: The recording paper contains an isocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups, and cationic polyurethane resin obtained by neutralizing amine structure of polyurethane molecules obtained through the reaction of a hydroxyl group of 2-10 pieces and/or an amino group at a rate of a 0.5-3.0 equivalent ratio of (an isocyanate group)/(a hydroxyl group and amino group), or changing tertiary amino structure in quaternary one. Also, it is formed by coating a water resistance improving agent for ink jet recording paper and water resistance improving agent. |
