PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel sheet excellent in weldability and having high workability. SOLUTION: The steel sheet is constituted of a ferritic stainelss steel sheet having excellent weldability and high workability, which has a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.0005-0.025% C, 10-25% Cr, 0.0010-0.025% N, 0.0005-0.01% Mg, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and in which Mg-containing oxide grains of 0.01-5μm maximum diameter are contained in >=1 piece/mm<2> density in the arbitrary cross section of a weld zone and a weld heat-affected zone.
