PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet-like article having rich decorability and drapability matching with each product, capable of holding a good touch and simultaneously excellent also in the aspects of smell, safety and global environment protection by compounding an amorphous polyolefin with an ethylenic elastomer resin in a specific ratio and subsequently shaping the composition. SOLUTION: This sheet-like article is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of an amorphous polyα-olefin (for example, propylene-ethylene copolymer) with (B) 30-300 pts.wt. of an ethylenic elastomer resin (for example, ethylene-butene copolymer) and subsequently shaping the composition. The component A preferably has a melt viscosity of 300-30,000 centipoires at 190 deg.C, and the component B preferably has a melt index of 0.1-100 at 190 deg.C under a load of 2.16 kg. The sheet-like article is useful as a table cloth, a leather cloth, a curtain, etc.
