<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a deodorizing efficiency, a mechanical strength, and processability while a pressure loss is lowered by a method wherein a laminate unit wherein a deodorizing granule is fixed via a resin flocculated part to one side surface of a web is provided, and the other side surface of the web is fixed via then resin flocculated part to deodorizing granule comprising another laminate unit. SOLUTION: A web 15 constituting a deodorizing filter material is composed of a connection part 11 and a resin flocculated part 13, both comprise a hot-melt resin, and are obtained by thermally treating a hot-melt nonwoven fabric in contact with the deodorizing granule 17. As the hot-melt resin, a thermoplastic polyamide resin, a thermoplastic polyester resin, a thermoplastic polyurethane resin, a polyolefin resin, a polyolefin modified resin or the like can be used independently or by being mixed. As the deodorizing granule 17, though an active carbon and a chemical deodorant can be used by selecting variously, in order to realize a high efficiency and a low pressure loss, its average particle size is preferably made about 0.147 mm or over up to and including about 1.65 mm.</p> |
