<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water washhand basin for a toilet, which is installed easily at a narrow place, in which energy is conserved and which has excellent operationability. SOLUTION: The hot-water washhand basin for the toilet is composed of a hot water tank 1 with an electric heater 2 and a temperature detector 3 and a hot water-water mixer 6 by the combination of a spring made of a shape memory alloy and a bias spring. An electric heater 2 is turned on-off by a sitting switch, a water supply member 12 opened to a part of a main body 19 is mounted, a conduit connected to the water supply member 12 is branched into two, one is joined with the cooling-water port section of the hot water- water mixer 6 and the other with the water-supply port section of the hot water tank 1, the sprue of the hot water tank 1 and the hot-water port section of the hot water-water mixer 6 are conjoined by a hot-water supply pipe, and water at proper temperature mixed by the hot water-water mixer 6 is introduced into a washhand cock 18 set up to the lower section of the main body from the sprue of the hot water-water mixer 6.</p> |
