PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic for scalp and hair having excellently hair growing effect, an inhibitory effect on depilation, a preventing effect on itch and dandruff, excellent safety and long-term stability. SOLUTION: This cosmetic for scalp and hair comprises a topical stimulant and dimethylamine oxide of the formula. Especially the topical stimulant is a capsicum tincture, cantharidis tincture, camphor and/or nonylic acid vanillylamide. The amount of the topical stimulant formulated is 0.001-2.0 wt.% based on the total of the cosmetic for scalp and hair. |
