PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid decrease of contact properties of a filter medium in operation to a fence between filter media while a replacement operation of a filter medium roll can be efficiently carried out by a method where in a guide roll is freely detachably equipped to a roll filter device main body. SOLUTION: A guide roll shaft 18 is fixed to a roll filter device main body 11 with almost U-shaped fixing metal fitting 21, and a tip of the guide roll shaft 18 projects inside the roll filter device main body 11 through a through- hole formed at a center of the fixing metal fittings 21. A guide roll shaft 18 is urged to a guide roll side 12 with a coil spring 17 provided around the guide roll shaft 18 on an inner side surface at the center of the fixing metal parts 21. A guide roll 12 is freely detachably installed to the roll filter device main body 11, and a filter medium roll is exchanged by a method wherein the whole or one side end part of the guide roll 12 is detached from the device main body 11, a filter medium F is arranged along a filter medium fence 13, and the guide roll 12 is again installed to the device main body 11. A replacement operation of the filter medium roll 12 can be efficiently carried out, and even at the time of operation adhesion properties of the filter medium F to the filter medium fence 13 come not to be impaired. |
