PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin resin composition whose physical properties such as mechanical and heat resistance properties are not deteriorated by an additive, by making the composition include a polyolefin resin containing an acid modified polyolefin which has been modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and an additive having reactivity with the acid-modified polyolefin. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by fusing/kneading (A) an acid modified polyolefin resin obtained by adding unmodified polyolefin to an acid modified polyolefin [e.g. polypropylene resin having a melt index (230 deg.C; loading, 2.16 kg) of 100 g/10 min or smaller] which has been modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid (e.g. maleic acid anhydride) and (B) an additive (e.g. antioxidant, photostabilizer, photoabsorbent, metal-inactivating agent, and coloring agent) which has reactivity with the acid modified polyolefin, preferably, at 10-60 wt.%. The composition is useful to mold long glass fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin moldings. |
