PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and certainly operate a valve used for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A housing has an outlet 32, a first inlet 28 and a second inlet 30, and they are respectively communicating with a chamber. A master valve 60 arranged in the chamber separates the first inlet 28 from the outlet 32 when the master valve 60 is arranged in a master seating position, and fluid- communicates the first inlet 28 with the outlet 32 against spring force when it is arranged in a master opened position, and a slave valve 80 arranged in the chamber separates the second inlet 30 from the outlet 32 when the slave valve 80 is arranged in a slave seating position, and fluid-communicates the second inlet 30 with the outlet 32 when it is arranged in a slave opened position. The slave valve 80 is moved from the seating position to the opened position by the movement of the master valve 60 from the master seating position to the master opened position. While the slave valve 80 is arranged in the seating position, the master valve 60 moves distance opened from the seating position. |
