PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the height of a heater without performing large-scale work detaching a heating box and receiving the effect of heat on the side of the heater. SOLUTION: A heating box 22 having a plurality of infrared heaters 42a arranged thereto so as to leave an interval in the axial direction of a preform 12 is provided so as to be allowed to face to the feed route of the preform 12 and the preform 12 stopped in feed in front of the infrared heaters 42a of the heating box 22 is heated while rotated. An air heat insulating layer is formed between the first heat insulating plate 44 arranged on the side opposite to the preform 12 and the second heat insulating plate 46 positioned so as to be separated from the infrared heaters as compared with the first heat insulating plate in the heating box 22 so as to hold the infrared heaters 42a between the heat insulating plates. The respective infrared heaters are supported on the second heat insulating plate 46 through a support member 60 and a height regulating means 56 making the support member 60 movable in a height direction and capable of regulating the height of the infrared heaters is provided to the second heat insulating plate 46.
