PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and continuously produce a strongly lustrous sheet like material having an electron ray hardened resin covering layer excelling in surface smoothness without forming a hardened residue of the resin covering layer on the surface of a molded body, with running out of paper on coating start being prevented, without air drawing-in and irregularity of coating, and without generating coating defects due to repelling. SOLUTION: On one surface of a sheet like substrate, at least one layer of a coating liquid layer consisting of an electron ray hardened resin composite is formed. In this case, the sheet like substrate having the coating liquid layer is pressurized on the surface of a molded body and is irradiated with electron rays to harden the coating liquid layer. The hardened coating liquid layer is removed from the surface of the formed body. Then, the surface of the molded body is treated with a mold release assistant to make a wetting index based on JIS K6768 of the surface of the molded body after mold release treatment 38-50 dynes/cm. |
