PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of easily constructing a facing material on a wall backing via a refractory material having heat insulation and fire resistance without directly placing the facing material with fixtures including nails. SOLUTION: A mounting structure includes a long plate refractory material A having an intermediate layer mainly containing inorganic foam, formed by adding binder therein to and layered in one unit between an upper layer and a lower layer, mainly containing mineral fibers and inorganic powder and formed by adding binder thereinto, and a long plate facing material D. The refractory material A is fixed on one face of a wall backingα, a guide line (a) is formed on the refractory material A corresponding to the working width of the facing material D and the facing material D is fixed along the guide line (a).
