<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flexibility and increase the workability at the time of construction due to a smooth curved shape of a resin hose by providing a fiber reinforced layer in which fiber threads are braided on outer periphery of a tube having elasticity, a metallic hard wire reinforced layer in which metallic hard wires are braided on outer periphery of the fiber reinforced layer, and a covered layer on outer periphery of the metallic hard wire reinforced layer sequentially. SOLUTION: A resin hose 1 is constituted by a tube 2, a fiber reinforced layer 3 in which fiber threads are braided on outer periphery of the tube 2, a metallic hard wire reinforced layer 4 in which metallic hard wires are braided on outer periphery of the fiber reinforced layer 3, and a covered layer 5 covered on outer periphery of the metallic hard wire reinforced layer 4. This fiber reinforced layer 3 is constituted by braiding a fiber thread having a thickness of 50 to 3000 denier and the number of twisting of 0 time/10 cm to 5 times/10 cm, and the metallic hard wire reinforced layer 4 is constituted by braiding a metallic hard wire having a diameter ofϕ0.1 to 0.5 mm. Moreover, the covered layer 5 is made of a material having substantially same physical properties (weather resistance, thermal resistance, etc.), as the tube 2, and it is preferable that the resin having high bonding property on the fiber reinforced layer 3, for example, urethane thermoplastic resin, is used.</p> |
