<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus for producing a flat glass by pressing a molten glass by an upper mold and a lower mold, having a turn table for supporting the lower mold, supported without high degree positioning and capable of being horizontally rotatably moved. SOLUTION: This production apparatus for producing a flat glass has a driving source 30 of a turn table 4 having a vertically supported driving shaft 30a, and a cylindrical supporting member 32 attached to the driving shaft 30a, directly supporting the turn table 4, and transmitting the rotating power from the driving source to the turn table side and having a loading face 33b for horizontally supporting the turn table on the upper face. The levelness of the turn table is determined only by the attaching accuracy and processing accuracy of the supporting member 32, the installation of the turn table becomes extremely easy.</p> |
