INDUCTION OF ANTIGEN-SPECIFIC IMMUNOSUPPRESSIVE CELL AND CULTIVATING TOOL USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating system capable of inducing and proliferating an antigen-specific immunosuppressive cells having efficiently increased immunosuppressive activities per unit number of cells and efficiently treating a disease accompanying abnormal enhancement of an immune system, with small side effect. SOLUTION: Human cells are cultured in the presence of an antigen, and further the human cells after culturing is cultured by a culturing tool having an immobilized or added antibody against a cell surface antigen (e.g. an anti-CD 2 antibody) to enhance an inhibiting ability per unit cell in the method for inducing antigen-specific immunosuppressive cells. The human cells are cultured in the presence of the antigen and the floating or immobilized antibody against the cell surface antigen, and the obtained cultured cells are further cultured by the culturing tool having the immobilized or added antibody against the cell surface antigen to enhance the inhibiting ability per unit cell in the method for inducing the antigen-specific immunosuppressive cells.
