<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable dry separation by specific gravity and shape of materials of a small difference in specific gravity in the various fields of plastic, metal, waste building material, grain, coal, or the like. SOLUTION: On a bottom plate (a vibrating screen) 2 of a dry specific gravity shape separator 1, a lot of jetting holes each having the shape of a mesh or having suitable size for jetting an updraft 4 are provided. The jetting of the updraft 4 fed by a blower 5 is intermittently performed by a pulsation generator 9. The period thereof in the range of 500-3,000 times per min is desirable. The bottom plate 2 is arranged inclined toward the vibration direction 10a, and is vibrated, and the jetting of the updraft 4 from the jetting holes provided on the bottom plate 2 is intermittently performed. In this way, the lightweight material is separated to the lightweight material side 11 on the upper side of the inclination of the bottom plate 2 and the heavyweight material is separated to the heavyweight material side 12 on the lower side of the inclination to discharge them respectively.</p> |
