<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber ink which can improve the resolution of setting while exhibiting excellent transfer prevention capability even at a low viscosity and which is esp. suitable for use in setting on the surface of an unvulcanized rubber with a setting apparatus of a noncontact dot type. SOLUTION: A rubber compsn. prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. base rubber consisting of 70-100 pts.wt. styrene-butadiene rubber and 30-0 pts.wt. isoprene rubber with 30-100 pts.wt. zinc oxide, 40-120 pts.wt. titanium oxide, 10-50 pts.wt. clay, 0.6-3.5 pts.wt. vulcanizing agent, and 0.6-3.0 pts.wt. accelerator is dissolved in an org. solvent in a concn. of 3-30 wt.%.</p> |
