PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unbonded anticorrosive PC steel stranded wire having high anticorrosiveness and high adhesiveness to cement grout, capable of forming a fixed length portion of required length only by peeling a polyethylene sheath during installation and of maintaining free elongation at a free length portion. SOLUTION: A resin covered layer of an epoxy resin or polyethylene resin is formed on the surface of a PC steel stranded wire 21a (21) to grant high anticorrosiveness and high adhesiveness to cement grout to the stranded wire 21a itself. A polyethylene sheath 25 of predetermined inner diameter is provided on the outer periphery of the stranded wire 21b (21) on which the resin covered layer is formed, to ensure free elongation at a free length portion.
