PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foamed molding having excellent flame retardance and a low heat shrinkage factor without impairing foaming property in foamable styrene-based resin particles and foamable resin particles capable of providing such foamed molding. SOLUTION: In the foamable styrene-based resin particles containing a foaming agent in styrene-based resin particle body, tetrabromobisphenol A diallyl ether having <=120μm average particle diameter is impregnated in a range of 1.0-5.0 wt.% based on total amount of styrene-based resin particle body and tetrabromobisphenol A diallyl ether.
