<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for changeover, to decrease the cost of a program box and to simplify a structure by connecting only a keyboard portion of the program box to a monitor box and programming a welding parameter into a data store section of a controller in the case of programming or modifying the welding parameters of welding conditions or the like. SOLUTION: A key board unit equipped with only an inputting section for welding parameters such as welding conditions is connected to a monitor box provided with functions to monitor welding functions, welding patterns and various operations during the operation of a resistance welding machine to a controlling unit for the resistance welding machine. In this way, the monitor box is changed-over to a program box enabling the setting of the welding parameter on the controlling unit. Therefore, a complicated setting display and a key board being unnecessary at the time of operation of the welding machine or the like are simplified, erroneous operations, misetting, etc., are decreased, judgment on the confirmation of the monitor display becomes easier and thus, the operability is improved.</p> |
