PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ferrite by mixing prescribed weighed amounts of raw materials with each other by use of iron balls, while adding an anticorrosive agent for the iron balls, capable of preventing the release of copper to inhibit the formation of a low melting point compound from silver in electrode materials. SOLUTION: A secondary amine may be used as an anticorrosive agent for iron, and electrostatically adsorbs electrons left in the iron pieces on the oxidation of the iron to neutralize the electric charge of the surface of the iron. Thereby, the anticorrosive agent can reduce an area advancing the corrosion reaction and prevent the approach of ions in the solution and the diffusion of iron ions from the surface of the metal. Also when a coating film is formed by immersing the iron balls in the anticorrosive agent and subsequently dried, the generation of rust on the iron balls can be prevented. The anticorrosive agent is decomposed and eliminated on the combustion of laminated inductors, etc., and is not left in the laminate. When a large amount of the anticorrosive agent is used, bubbles are generated. Thereby, the anticorrosive agent is preferably used in an amount of abort <=0.3 wt.%. |
