<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filler which can bind constituent materials early and firmly by mixing a fired product containing a specified amount of aluminum compounds made from at least either of ash from incineration of municipal refuse and ash from incineration of sewage sludge and at least either of C2 S and C3 S with gypsum. SOLUTION: A fired product containing 10-40 pts.wt. at least one member selected among C11 Al7 CaCl2 , C11 Al7 CaF2 , and C3 Al is formed. The starting material for this product include shells, a dried sewage sludge powder prepared by mixing sewage sludge with quicklime, domestic wastes, industrial wastes, or may be one prepared by mixing a starting material for a normal cement, such as limestone, clay, silica stone, aluminum ash, bauxite, iron, or the like. A clinker obtained by firing such a starting material at 1,200-1,500 deg.C is ground, and gypsum is added to the product of grinding to obtain an ecocement as a hydraulic composition. It is desirable that the ecocement is subjected to grinding and classification to form a product having a Blaine specific surface area of 3,000 cm<2> /g or above. The filler is used in an amount of 2-6 wt.% based on an asphalt paving mixture.</p> |
