BROAD POLYCARBONATE-BASED RESIN EXPANDED BOARD, ITS PRODUCTION AND BOX MADE FROM THE BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a broad polycarbonate-based resin expanded board scarcely causing warpage or surface waviness without relying on lamination and to provide a method for producing the broad polycarbonate-based resin expanded board and a box using the broad polycarbonate-based resin board as a substrate material. SOLUTION: This expanded board is a stretched material of a sheetlike foam produced by carrying out the extrusion foaming of a melt kneaded material of a polycarbonate-based resin containing a foaming agent and has >=500 mm length in the extruding direction of the expanded board, >=500 mm length in the width direction intersecting the extruding direction at right angles, 0.06-0.6 g/cm density of the expanded board, 1-10 mm thickness and <=15 mm value of warpage.
