<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advantageously exert an oil absorbing action in a hydraulic circuit and a power generating action which can suddenly generates strong power, and prevent or suppress the occurrence of a water hammer phenomenon. SOLUTION: This accumulator 10 is provided with a valve element 52 which opens and closes a connecting passage 35 by moving in the direction of outflow of oil discharged from an oil cabin 30 and in the opposite direction thereof, an energizing means 50 which urges the valve element 52 in the direction of outflow of oil, and a leaking part 47 which leaks the oil from a piping 54 side to the oil cabin 30 under a condition where the connecting passage 35 is blocked with the valve element 52, within a connecting passage 35 provided between the oil cabin 30 and the piping 54 of a hydraulic circuit. Therefore, due to an abrupt increase of an oil pressure in the piping 54, the valve element 52 is moved against energizing force of the energizing means 50 so as to block the connecting passage 35, and because of leakage of the oil through the leaking part 47, the generation of an impact pressure in the pipe 54, resulting from the abrupt blockage of the connecting passage with the valve element 52, is suppressed.</p> |
