PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a far infrared ray sterilization by a method wherein a water film is formed on the surface of a treatment objective, and a sterilization treatment is performed by casting a far infrared ray. SOLUTION: For example, radiation objective fungi which are selected from colli bacteria, staphylococcus and eumycetes are made to be a concentration of approx. 1,010-approx. 1,012/ml, and an amount containing a colony of approx. 103-approx. 104 is applied on a glass face. Then, a drying is performed in a pre-treatment process 1, and a water film is formed by an atomizer or the like which is arranged on the outer periphery of the objective in a pre-treatment process 2. The radiation of a far infrared ray is performed for the objective for which the water film has been formed, in a sterilization process 3. After the radiation, a drying is performed in a post-treatment process 4, and the sterilization is completed. By this constitution, a far infrared ray sterilization can be efficiently performed. |
