PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by removably fixing a base pot provided between upper and lower anchor plates on the lower anchor plate by a fixing member. SOLUTION: A base pot 4 having an elastic body 6 and a piston 8, which is disposed between an upper anchor plate 2 and a lower anchor plate 3 fixed to upper and lower structures, is fixed by an upper stopper ring 15 and a lower stopper ring 16 respectively fitted in grooves provided in the lower surface of the plate 2 and the upper surface of the plate 3 and fixed by fixing bolts 19, and lateral load is supported to construct a fixed support 1. In repairing, the bolts 19 are removed to drop the ring 15, a disassembling bolt 18 provided on the ring 16 is tightened up to put the ring 16 out of the groove, and the upper structure is jacked up to take out the pot 4. Thus, as a base pot installing recessed part is not provided, the base pot can be taken out by jacking up a little, and construction can be performed without intercepting the traffic. Furthermore, the cost can be reduced. |
