<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the heating and the cooling of an upper and a lower molds in a short time, by reducing the heat capacity of the circumference of the upper and the lower molds to extrusion mold an optical element material. SOLUTION: The circumference of an upper and a lower molds 1 and 2 for the extrusion molding of an optical element material 3 is equipped with one movable guide 6 and two stationary guides 5. The sides of the upper and the lower molds 1 and 2 are engaged with the three guides 5 and 6 to adjust the central axes of the upper and the lower molds each other. The guides 5 and 6 do not completely the circumference of the upper and the lower molds 1 and 2 and the heat capacity of the upper and the lower molds 1 and 2 can be reduced.</p> |
