<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratching-off lot having a drawing pattern, a masking layer, other pattern layers and the like printed by using ultraviolet curative ink and oily ink and overlapping an oily ink layer on an ultraviolet curative ink layer of ordinary process color ink, printing and lowering the bonding properties of both layers (to generate scratching properties). SOLUTION: Drawing patterns 13 of characters, numbers, patterns and the like being in contact with a substrate pattern section 12 and displaying blanks and the like are provided on a base 11 formed of a paper, a resin sheet and the like, and a masking layer 15 is so formed thereon as to cover the drawing pattern 13. In that case, the substrate pattern section 12 and the drawing pattern 13 are printed in ultraviolet curative (UV) ink, and the masking layer 15 is printed in oily black process ink, and the PCS density of the masking layer 15 is set as 0.9 or more.</p> |
