<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently decompose and eliminate a flocculated oils and fats component in waste water containing a large amt. of a edible oils and fats component by attaching a water sprinkling blade mechanism to a vertical rotary shaft extending from the upper part of an underwater motor and arranging an underwater motor stabilizing pedestal to the lower part of the underwater motor. SOLUTION: The waste water flowing out of a kitchen is separated into an oils and fats component and water in a waste water sump 8 and the oils and fats component is present in the surface layer of a liquid surface. A water sprinkling blade for a waste water sup is positioned to the height close to the surface 9 of the water. An underwater motor stabilizing pedestal 5 is arranged to the lower part of an underwater motor 1 to position the underwater motor 1 to a stable state. When a proper amt. of aerobic bacterial 1 is allowed to flow in the waste water sump 8 from the kitchen at a time of the completion of one day-work, aerobic bacteria eat oils and fats on the surface of the water or in the vicinity thereof. Then, when the underwater motor 1 is operated, the water sprinkling blade 3 is rotated to agitate the surface layer of waste water to spring up the same. This operation is performed continuously to achieve aeration effect for aerobic microorganisms.</p> |
