<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a metal removing device, to efficiently remove a metal from a small amount of a thermal decomposition residue, to eliminate a need for a cost required for reclamation by rubbish, since the rubbish is brought into a slug state by a melting device, and to extend a using period for a reclamation disposal yard. SOLUTION: A thermal decomposition residue (b) discharged from a thermal decomposition device 1 is pulverized by a pulverizing device 4. A pulverized thermal decomposition residue (e) is separated and classified by a separation and classification device 5. From a separated and classified thermal decomposition residue (g) with a grain size of 1 mm or more, containing char, rubbish, and a metal, a metal is removed by a metal removing device 6. A thermal decomposition residue (i), containing char and rubbish, is guided to the pulverizing device 4, and char and rubbish with a large grain size are pulverized again. Char and rubbish with a gain size of 1 mm or less passing through the separation and classification device 5 are supplied to a melting device 8. The char is burnt by the melting device 8, and ash and rubbish are brought into a slug state.</p> |
