<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately set and align an internal drum on site by positioning a plurality of pins on the internal drum, aligning at least one punch to form a punch assembly, and inserting the plurality of positioning pins on the internal drum into a plurality of openings of a carrier plate. SOLUTION: A precise flat surface 24 is provided in the end part 22 of an internal drum 20, at least two precise positioning pins 26 and 26' are set on the end part 22, and at least one installing hole is formed. A carrier plate 30 has slots 36 for receiving the anchor hole 34 of the positioning pin 26 and the positioning pin 26', and compensates for a positional movement. A number of side punches 42 are installed along an inner diameter before being attached to the internal drum 20, a punch assembly is formed, and a particular position is decided based on a request made by a client. Since the punches are attached to the internal drum by using the precise positioning pins 26 and 26', no aligning is necessary on site, and a punch setting process is simplified.</p> |
