PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the tunnel excavating work in a high temperature stratum and the high temperature ground by forming a cutter disk main body part and a front part of a shield of a shield excavating machine into the hollow structure, and flowing the cooling water through the hollow part. SOLUTION: A cutter disk 3, a cutter drum 4, a shield 2, a rear barrel 1B a casing 21 of a screw conveyor 17, and the like are formed into the water cooling structure so as to enable the excavating work in the high temperature ground. The cutter disk 3 is passed through the center of a bulk head 6, and a water supplying and discharging cylinder 25 is connected to the center of the cutter disk 3. The water supplying and discharging cylinder 25 is formed into a concentrical double cylindrical pipe of a water supplying pipe 25a and a water discharging pipe 25b. A blade part of the cutter disk 3 is formed into the double structure of a water supplying passage and a water discharging passage. The cutter drum 4, the shield 2 and the bulk head 6 are formed into the double structure capable of supplying and discharging water. The casting 21 of the screw conveyor 17 is formed into the double structure, and a hollow part 21A is partitioned into a front and a rear part, and water supplying pipes 34, 35 and water discharging pipes 36, 37 are provided. |
