PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating device, light and simple in structure, and also to provide a lightweight, inexpensive lure using the same. SOLUTION: This power generating device is composed of a hollow guide, piezoelectric element 1 disposed at least one open end of the guide, and impact body 4 freely rotational in the guide, where the impact body 4 collides with the piezoelectric element 1 to generate power. One piezoelectric element 1 is provided at one end of the guide, and the other end of the guide is closed with a lid. The power generating device is connected, via a lead, to a pair of illuminating bodies directed back to front in an illuminator circuit, to form an illuminator. This lure has the illuminator visible from the outside, with the illuminator circuit built in the lure body. |
