PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the play of a game without carrying money by permitting a game token increasing means to be provided with a history information writing part by which history information is written in an IC card. SOLUTION: An adding device 30 judges presence or absence of special initialization which is executed in the IC card 50 when the card 50 is inserted and executes the authentication processing of the IC card 50 based on information of card ID, or the like, inside the IC card 50 when the judgement result shows that special initialization exists. When it is authenticated that the card 50 is the right one, the value of a game token in the card 50 is substantially increased based on thrown-in money. At this time, the history information writing part 31 of the adding device 30 writes ID of the adding device 30, a date, the increased value and user card ID in the IC card 50 as history information. |
