PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin cap which can fit an upper lid to a body without breaking a weakened part, and easily detach a restrictive ring from the body during the separate collection. SOLUTION: A cap 2 comprises a body 4 including a partition 8 in which a part 12 to be unsealed is formed and an outer fitting wall 20, and an upper lid 6 including a top wall part 40 and a skirt part 42. A locking recessed part 30 is formed in a lower outer circumferential surface of the outer fitting wall 20, and a lower end part of the skirt part 42 forms a restrictive ring 52 connected thereto through a weakened part 50. A flap 62 to be locked is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the restrictive ring 52. In a condition where the weakened part 50 is broken after the upper lid 6 is fitted to the body 4, the locked flap 62 is locked to the locking recessed part 30 so that the free movement downward of the restrictive ring 52 is prevented, but the forcible movement is permitted. |
