PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially orientated laminated polyester film which shows an extremely low level of oligomer deposition onto the surface of the film by forming a lamination structure having at least, a single polymer layer composed of a polypropylene terephthalate with a specific IV (intrinsic viscosity). SOLUTION: This biaxially orientated laminated polyester film has at least, a single polymer layer (layer B) composed mainly of a thermoplastic resin B and likewise, a single polymer layer (layer A) composed of a polypropylene terephthalate. The intrinsic viscosity of the polymer in the layer A is 0.8 or more and the thickness of the layer A is 0.01-3μm.
