PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture of a honeycomb-like panel which is free from harmful undercut defects and which is superior in welding strength and appearance. SOLUTION: In the manufacture of a honeycomb-like panel, for which a corrugated honeycomb core 13 and two face plates 11, 12 holding the core in between are irradiated with a laser beam from the face plate side and joined together, at least one vertical wall 13' of the corrugated honeycomb core 13 is designed to form an angle of 80-90 deg. to the face plates 11, 12, and the welding is performed while moving a laser beam 14 in the direction from the other vertical wall towards the vertical wall 13'. |
