PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-tonic cosmetic having excellent hair-growing effect and failing-off preventing effect. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains a nerve growth factor originated from human or animal and an extracted fraction obtained by extracting the fruit body or mycelium of fungus of the family Agaricaceae (e.g. Hericium erinaceum, Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii and Hericium coralloides) with an organic solvent. The amounts of both components are 0.0001-10.0 wt.% each, more preferably 0.005-5.0 wt.% each based on the total amount of the hair-tonic cosmetic. |
