摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip transporting device with obverse-reverse surface alignment whereby tips are transported in the condition that their obverse surfaces are facing up. SOLUTION: A spindle 6 furnished with pockets 5 at 90-deg. intervals on the circumference of a head part 6a is positioned near the circumferential part of a rotor 1, and the left 5a and right pockets 5b of the spindle 6 are positioned opposed with a recess 3 in the rotor, and an air suction means 8 is installed on the back surface of the left pocket 5a while an air jetting means 9 is furnished on the back surface of the right pocket 5b, and the spindle 6 is arranged so as to rotate intermittently at 90-deg. intervals in synchronization with the intermittent rotation of the rotor 1. The obverse-reverse judgement of a tip (t) in the recess 3 is performed by a sensor 7, and when the recess 3 of a reverse facing tip (t) comes up to the position opposed with the left pocket 5a, the suction means 8 sucks it (t) from the recess 3 and sets in the pocket 5a, and even if an obverse facing tip (t) has come to the position opposed with the left pocket 5a, the step rotation transport is conducted while the tip remains in the recess 3.</p>
