PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify plant control system and improve control response, by providing water in a humidification tower to air cooling device line and water in a humidification tower to supply water heater line, and by adjusting the temperature of fluid supplied to the humidification tower and that of fluid collected from the humidification tower within a set temperatures respectively. SOLUTION: A high temperature water tank 20 is installed. Water in a humidification tower 13 to an air cooling device 12 line and water in a humidification tower 13 to supply water heater line 17 are once introduced to the high temperature water tank 20 and then to the humidification tower 13. A temperature of high temperature water 4H in the high temperature water tank 20 and a temperature of low temperature water 4L in the humidification tower 13 are controlled so that they are always within the set temperature ranges. The relation between a gas flow rate at an inlet of the humidification tower 13 and a flow rate of fuel 2, a temperature and flow rate at an inlet of the air cooling device 12, and a temperature and flow rate at an inlet of the supply water heater 17 must be controlled in accordance with the operation in the plant. Accordingly, temperatures of the high temperature water 4H and the low temperature water 4L can be kept constant. |
