摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety in handling a device by setting the impact force to be generated when the molten vaporizing material is melted for vaporization, a mean diameter of a breakable container, thickness of the breakable container and the tensile strength of the breakable container so as to satisfy the predetermined relation. SOLUTION: Electric energy is supplied from a capacitor 14 to a metal narrow wire 2 so as to melt the metal narrow wire 2 for vaporization, and the breaking material 3 is exploded by the impact force at time of the molten vaporization so as to break a breakable container 6 and so as to break a material 4 to be broken. In this case, the impact force F to be generated at the time of molten vaporization of the molten vaporizing material, mean radius (r) of a breakable container, thickness (t) of the breakable container and a tensile strengthσof the breakable container are set so as to satisfy the relation that F.r/t<σ. With this structure, the breakable container is not broken by the only impact force with the expansion of the molten vaporizing material, and even in the case where the leak of the current is generated in a peripheral equipment, explosion is not generated as long as the electric energy enough for melting the molten vaporizing material for vaporization is not supplied. Safety at the time of handling the device is thereby improved.
