SUBSTANCE: working liquid supply branch pipe is provided with rod grid made from flat plates which closes cross-section of this branch pipe; grid forms passages whose longitudinal planes of symmetry are parallel to working liquid supply branch pipe. Intake chamber is provided with contraction branch pipe embracing the preconnected intake grid and adjoining (by its outlet section) the section of mixing chamber engageable with outlet section of preconnected grid and with outlet section of intake chamber.
