FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of 40-% mixture by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water. Sodium bicarbonate is dissolved in potable corrected water and introduced in mixing tank. The mixture is thoroughly mixed, cleaned with activated carbon and moved in finishing tank. Infusion of sea staff thalluses is preliminarily mixed with vanilin dissolved in rectified alcohol in ratio 1:100, aged for 2-3 h, and mixture is introduced in finishing tank. The mixture is thoroughly mixed, its proof is corrected and after control filtration, bottled. The ingredients are used in the following ratio per 1000 dal of prepared product: sodium bicarbonate, 0.1-0.3 kg; infusion of sea staff thalluses, 0.3-0.5 l; vanilin (1:100), 0.09-0.2 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable corrected water, at the rate of 40-% proof.
