<p>A zinc oxide coating is deposited onto the surface of a continuous glass ribbon during a float glass production process using a chemical vapour deposition process in which the vapour comprises a dialkyl zinc precursor and at least one oxygen containing organic compound which is preferably ethyl acetate. The conductivity of the coating may be increased by introducing a dopant such as fluorine or aluminium. The coated glass is useful in solar control and low emissivity glazing.</p> |
