A shock absorber for a headrest of a vehicle is provided to protect the head and neck of a driver from shock of vehicle collision by fixing a headrest while being moved backward and by absorbing shock generated from counter-elasticity. A shock absorber for a headrest of a vehicle comprises as follows. A support plate(11) includes an upper support plate(11-1) formed in an upper side and a lower support plate(11-2) curvedly formed in a lower side. A guide portion includes a roller being movable in a left and right sides in the rear of the support plate. In addition, a pipe(35) fitted with a bushing(34) on a guide bar(32) fixed to one side of the guide portion. The guide bar is movable in the case of collision. |
