POWER TAKE-OFF BOX

摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to gearing giving rotary motion. Case of power take- off box is anchored on rear end face of transmission of automobile with formation of common closed working space. Drive gear is primary link of kinematic chain of power take-off box and is connected to secondary shaft which is last link of kinematic chain of transmission. Member connecting transmission to automobile power drive is mounted uniaxially to secondary shaft and is kinematically coupled to it via drive gear of power take-off box. Output shafts are located in bearings, one of them being coupled to drive gear via intermediate gear. Such rational arrangement of power-take- off box and optimal connection of kinematic chains of automobile transmission and power take-off box make it possible to increase functional capabilities of power take- off box and to enlarge range of values of power and speed transmitted to additional mechanisms.
