FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing substrate with mycelium on containers; isolating containers with transparent hermetical material; putting containers in isolated volume and providing intensive ventilation; maintaining temperature within the range of 20-22 C upon maturing of mycelium; in the process of forming fruit bodies, exposing containers to ventilation by air flows with temperature of 13-14 C and with frequency of complete replacement of air within the volume of growth chamber of at least once an hour; gathering mature fruit bodies and spraying containers with potassium permanganate solution; later gathering second yield. Method allows development of putrid zones reducing productiveness of method to be eliminated. EFFECT: increased efficiency by active ventilation allowing temperature balance of substrate to be effectively maintained and increased yield.
